Yes, you can submit as many designs as you like. When you submit a request on Asana we will work through them one by one, in order of submission. You can move requests up or down in your queue if you change your mind.

Yes, once the job has been completed you will own 100% of all the designs. We can also provide you with any Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files if you request them. We will keep your files on our system and possibly use them for our portfolio. We will ask your permission to use it in our portfolio.

Nope, all of our plans are rolling contracts. You can cancel at any time too, hassle-free!

We aim to turn around most requests and revisions in 24-48 hours, more complex designs will take longer. Should this be the case we will inform you.

We understand that sometimes time is of the essence, As long as your design request is reasonable and within our design scope then we will certainly do our best to accommodate. Please email us first before submitting your request so we can verify this.

Yes, you can, whilst we understand your excitement to get started. We can only work on one request at a time depending on your plan. We aim to work through your design queue in the order submitted unless otherwise stated.
